We collect information on you when you visit our website, submit a contact form and login to secure areas of the website.

Google Analytics sets a cookie to which allows us to evaluate your use of this website and compile reports for activity on the website. This enables us to continuously improve our websites user experience.

When you send an email to our Support or Info mailbox you will automatically create a ticket in our Bug and Issue Tracking software. This will store:

• Name
• Email Address
• Company Name
• Subject
• Mail contents
• Attachments

• verify identity where this is required
• communication by email or telephone
• understand needs and how they may be met
• maintain records

How long do we retain your personal information?

We retain personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose listed above and for any other permissible related purpose. For example, we retain most records until the time limit for claims arising from the activities has expired or otherwise to comply with statutory or regulatory requirements regarding the retention of such records.

Our mailboxes will retain emails in the inbox for 7 days. After which they will be moved to an archived mailbox and 30 days later will be deleted from our email server.

We are implementing our Data Retention Policy on May 25th, issues located in our Bug & Issue Tracking database will be kept for 6 years after which they will be deleted. We keep these as part of our Knowledge Base to better support our Customers.

When you are sending in attachments or screenshots please in cases where possible show only the error message. Any attachments will be subject to our Data Retention Policy as stated in this policy.
