JIEB Exam

The JIEB exam takes place once each year in November. It is a highly practical examination, with marks being awarded for commercially pragmatic and industry-related answers as well as for pure law. It is this that makes the JIEB such a unique study and exam-sitting experience for many of the candidates.

The JIEB has two papers; Corporate Insolvency and Personal Insolvency. Our experience in delivering content on exam technique, past questions, passing-the-exam proficiency and time and question management is second to none. To pass the JIEB requires much more than an extensive knowledge of the core syllabus. It is a broad awareness of what it is like to be a practitioner, delivering sector-specific advice in a pragmatic way, using the facts laid out in the question and focusing specifically on the requirements that enables a student to be JIEB-exam ready.

It is this that Aryza Comply are best at. We not only provide specific training for the JIEB’s exams, we ensure all of our students consider the practical elements of each question, including the financials, the options and the personnel involved in the narrative. It is this more than anything that enables our students to pass the JIEB having studied with us.
